SUNY Delhi captured their second win of the season Saturday at home against Vermont Technical College. The Broncos took a commanding lead in the first period 23-10, with Kaitlin Gorton sinking 9 of her game high 23 points. The Knights fought back in the second period, however, scoring 25 points and taking the lead at the half. After going neck and neck in the third period, the game would be decided in the fourth at the foul line. SUNY Delhi's persistence for getting to the line, finishing 14-20 of their free throws in the fourth period, would prove to be the game winner for the Broncos. Gorton (23 points), Britney Toliver (16 points), Cayla Heffern (12 points), and Samiaya Salley (11 points) finished in double figures for the Broncos.
