ONEONTA, N.Y. (September 15, 2018) – The Delhi men traveled to Oneonta to compete at the Airfield Invitational where they placed second as a team on a hot and humid day. Host school SUNY Oneonta won the team event.

The men were led by Abshir Yerow who ran 19:40.6 for the 6-kilometer course, a time that ranks as the sixth fastest time by a Delhi runner on that course, to place fifth overall in the race.  Also scoring for the Broncos were junior Kevin Malen (15th, 21:14), Bladimir Pena (21st, 21:39), Jack Hopkins (26th, 22:07) and Caleb Mallery (28th, 22:40). 

Also running for the team were Ted Oster (29th, 23:00), Anthony Cuchel (31st, 23:26), Tyler Kemble (35th, 24:21) and Jahdei Rodriguez Reid (39th, 27:36).

Next up for the men of Delhi is a weekend off before they head to Geneseo for the Mike Wood's Invitational on September 29th, 2018.
