The Broncos opened the year winning their first two matches and five of their first six. In addition, the women are 5-0 in weekend matches, including Friday contests. They opened with a home dual match on Sunday, Sept. 2, sweeping Dean and Valley Forge, who were ranked sixth and ninth, respectively, in this week's USCAA Division I poll. The following weekend, Delhi traveled to Pine Manor for another dual match, where they beat the host Gators and Fisher. The Broncos then picked up a comeback win at Utica, where they climbed out of a two-set deficit to take a 3-2 victory over the Pioneers. The ladies' most recent win was a 3-1 win at Purchase last Friday.

Sophomore defensive specialist Ashley Hintz earned ACAA Defensive Athlete of the Week for her performance in the Broncos' pair of season-opening wins, totaling 48 digs and five service aces. Senior Kristen Maslanka leads the team with 100 kills and 141 digs, while first-year Bronco Erica Prindle is first on Delhi with 206 assists. Middle and right side hitters Witchney Clersainville and Haylee Lefebvre each lead with 16 total blocks, with Clersainville ahead with eight solo blocks.
